Your sponsorship includes an 8 x 10’ booth in a location of your choice. About 30 days prior to the Conference, we will notify you to submit your booth number preferences.
Expo Convention Contractors is our official partner and will be providing you with all of your booth and exhibition needs. Their Exhibitor Kit will include deadlines to purchase booth items and electrical at discount prices, as well as deadlines for shipping materials to Expo Convention Contractors or The Diplomat Beach Resort.

• MOVE-IN/EXHIBIT TIME/MOVE-OUT
FirstService Residential will advise you of your move-in time on Thursday, March 15, 2018. Move-in times will be staggered for purposes of efficiency. Move-in will not be permitted on Friday, March 16, 2018. We suggest you consider using the set-up services provided by Expo Convention Contractors that will be outlined in your Exhibitor Kit.
The Exhibit portion of the LEADS Conference is scheduled from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday, March 16. You must exhibit the entire time to ensure that attendees have ample opportunity to learn about your products and services. Exhibitors that do not meet this requirement will be charged a $500 fine per the Terms & Conditions listed on the site.
Move-out is scheduled from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday, March 16, 2018. Again, we suggest you consider the breakdown services provided by Expo Convention Contractors that will be outlined in your Exhibitor Kit.
• CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
To receive your badge required to enter the Exhibit Hall, please register at The Diplomat’s Conference Center Lower Lobby on Friday, March 16th, between 7:30 and 9:00 am. Exhibit hours begin at 10:00 am, so we urge you to be at your booth, ready to welcome attendees, by 9:30 am. As a reminder, you must exhibit for the entire time, between 10:00am – 6:00pm.
• HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

• LEAD RETRIEVAL
To quickly and easily capture information on those associates and board members who visit your booth and are interested in your product or service, you will be able to download our registration partner’s app for lead retrieval purposes. Please click here for more information.
You can maximize lead generation by hosting a raffle from your booth. FirstService Residential will be happy to announce prize winners. Just submit winning information (name of winner, prize and booth number where prize can be claimed) to the Welcome Desk at the entrance of the Exhibit Hall by 11:00 am and 2:30 pm, to be announced at 11:30 am and 3:00 pm.

• OPERATIONS BRIEFING
Every Tuesday, FirstService Residential broadcasts a webinar to our community association managers throughout the South region. As the LEARN Sponsor, you can present your products and services to our CAMs and associates attending the briefing. To schedule your presentation, please contact us.
• DIRECT MARKETING
FirstService Residential will facilitate the distribution of one direct mail piece or email to the FirstService Residential community association managers in the areas you service. All production, printing and postage costs are your responsibility. Please contact us to coordinate.
• LEADS CONFERENCE PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENT
Please submit a high-resolution pdf of your full-page (4.75 x 7.75” non-bleed), full-color ad in the program. The program will be distributed to every Conference attendee (FirstService associates and board members).

• LEADS BAG MATERIALS
Please submit one piece of literature or one promotional item - maximum size 8.5” x 11” x 4” – to include in the bags that will be distributed to each LEADS Conference attendee (FirstService associates and board members). Please send 2,000 items (note no overages will be returned) to EXPO Convention Contractors, Inc.
